We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you must return an item the following is our return policy.
We accept returns and exchanges for all non-final sale items for store credit. Your item must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Final Sale items include:
- Gift Cards
- Cosmetics
- Jewelry
- Hair Accessories
- Intimates: bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks
- Sale/Clearance - Items with a 30% Off discount or more

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Damages due to shipping must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Shoes must be returned unworn in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

How should I send my return back?
Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated for returns.
- Securely repackage your items in the package you received them in.
- Enclose a copy of the receipt in the package.
- Please note that return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of Return shipping is currently not reimbursed by Select Trends.
- We cannot offer return shipping because we do offer free shipping on all original orders delivered in the continental United States.
We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Select Trends Boutique is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
- Overnight and 2nd Day Air: $18.00 return cost.
- 3 Day Shipping and Ground Shipping: $7.00 return cost.
- If you choose not to have your order redelivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 318-641-8611 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 pm CST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top right of the page and logging into your Select Trends Boutique Account.

Free Shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more via USPS.
$6.00 Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $75.00 via USPS.
Typically it takes between 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Holidays.
Local Pickup is also available at checkout. Your order is usually available the same business day. You will be notified when your order is processed and ready to be picked up. Once processed, orders can be picked up at Select Trends Boutique located at 6205 Monroe Highway, Ball, LA 71405 during normal store hours. Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
